This privacy policy gives you information about how ENSO LTD collects and uses your personal data through your use of this website and/or offline, including any data you may provide when you sign up to our newsletter, purchase a product or service, participate in any offers that we may run from time to time, claim under any guarantees that we may offer from time to time, sign up to our loyalty program or follow our Instagram page (@ensotyres) or other social media.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

  • Third parties who are providing us with services from time time. For example third parties running promotions or administering guarantees or loyalty programmes on our behalf. 

  • Law enforcement agencies, courts, government organisations, regulators or other third parties where necessary in order to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. 

  • Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
